Return and Cancellation Policy
We have made a liberal cancellation policy to ensure the desired help to our customers. Few criteria exist under this policy, which is discussed here.
- Your cancellation should be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours after placing the order. If the cancellation request is initiated after order being communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping, then cancellation requests should not be entertained.
- It is not possible to cancel the order, which falls under the category of same-day delivery.
- If the product comes under the category which is obtained for special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, or Valentinesday, then such cancellation requests would not be entertained.
- When a defective or damaged product is received, one should report them to the Customer Support Team within 1 day of receipt of products with photos of boxes and product clearly showing the damage, so that such request can be entertained. Such requests would be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same on their own end. Any damaged products will be replaced by us free of cost within 7 working days from the date of complaint.
- Under situations where you feel that the product received is not as per the specifications shown on the website, then you should bring that to the notice of customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. An appropriate decision will be taken after looking into the complaint. A full refund will be processed for the customer if there is any product that does not meet the specifications mentioned on the website product description.
- In the case of products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, one must refer to the issue to them.
- Return shipping cost to be borne by customer. Once we receive the return tracking details the refund will be processed within 3 working days.
- If in any case, the customer after receiving the package, wants to return the item, he must ship back the product to us at their cost and once we receive the item undamaged and in same condition as sent, the full refund less the flat shipping charge applicable at the time of purchase will be refunded and the refund will be processed within 3 working days.
Orders which are delivered or accepted to the customers can’t be refunded .If you feel that the product is not as per specification then contact customer service within 24 hours.
